Collaboration
Collaboration is working together to expand on others ideas. In order to collaborate we need a good relationship with our classmates, the better our collaboration, the better our ideas. Collaboration is a great way to come up with new and unique ideas; it is also a great way to improve already created ideas, like the shopping cart in the video we watched. The video told us that we can't have ranks if we want good collaboration. With ranks some of the ideas and opinions won't be heard; People will feel sad and disappointed with the way the product turned out, and they will feel angry that no one will listen to their ideas because of their rank. It would be good if we can create a good relationship in our class so we can have better collaboration.

Priya, I am glad to see you picked out one of the most important points from the video: relationships and how we communicate with our peers is an important factor in determining the success of a group. I understand not wanting to emphasize rank in a group, but do do groups work effectively without a leader? What do you think?
